100MW Wind Power Generation and Storage Project in Zhongwang Town, Jinghai, Tianjin

The 100MW wind power project in Zhongwang Town, Jinghai, Tianjin, is located in the southwest of Tianjin and downstream of the Haihe River Basin. It commenced construction in October 2023 and was connected to the grid and put into operation in January 2025.

After the project is put into operation, it is expected to supply approximately 250 million kWh of clean electricity to the grid annually. Its supporting energy storage power station can also provide auxiliary services such as frequency regulation and peak shaving, enhancing the regional capacity for new energy consumption and contributing to the realization of the national dual-carbon strategic goals.

This project actively responds to the national sustainable development strategy, is committed to the development of wind power resources and the improvement of the localization rate of wind turbine units, and has a positive role in promoting the development of China's wind power industry.
